He is an accomplished photographer and avid collector of 50’s memorabilia having amassed the world’s largest collection of pristine American made 1957 automobiles, a wide collection of period children’s toys and other 50’s memorabilia including an authentic, fully restored 50’s Diner.

Tim Mahoney brings to the company a diversified background in investment banking, real estate and new business development. He serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of GEP, Inc. and as President of each of its operating subsidiaries. His background includes employment with Morgan Stanley Dean Witter as an investment advisor and he has served as a consultant to various companies on financial restructurings, initial public offerings and other recapitalization strategies. He was founder of Realtime Marketing Inc., a games technology company that originated several patented interactive entertainment products installed in Six Flags and Paramount-Kings Amusement Parks across the USA and in foreign countries. He also served as President of Lexington Properties Corporation, a real estate syndication firm specializing in the purchase and resale of apartment projects. He holds an MBA degree from Pepperdine University in Malibu, Ca.

Virginia Porter
Virginia Porter, Finance Manager & Corporate Secretary

Virginia brings to the company an extensive background in accounting, tax and administrative oversight with day to day responsibility for the consolidated financial reporting for all operations. She also serves as Corporate Secretary overseeing tax, compliance and reporting issues while working closely with company CPA's and attorneys.

Prior to joining G.E.P., Inc. in 1991, she worked for the Canadian Professional Golfer's Association at their Titusville, Florida Golf Club Resort.

Kim McDonald

A Branson resident since 1993, McDonald has helped lead the successful launch and development of several Missouri area properties including the former Fairfield Communities, now a Wyndham property, one of the most successful sites in the Fairfield system. At an earlier engagement at Branson Hills where he served as President of Marketing, more than 300 home sites and golf villas were sold in the first year.

Prior to his joining the Branson Creek team, McDonald was also instrumental in condominium sales and marketing at Branson Landing and at the Payne Stewart Golf Club, both well known HCW Development properties.

Kim brings an extensive senior level background in sales and marketing and has achieved a solid reputation for industry leading initiatives and outstanding sales leadership.

Kevin D. Clemens
Kevin D. Clemens, Controller

Kevin brings to the company a diversified accounting background. He serves as the Controller of Branson Development LLC, Fieldstone at Branson Creek LLC, and Murder Rock Golf and Country Club LLC. After getting his BS degree from the University of Northern Iowa, Kevin worked as a Tax Consultant for Touche Ross and Co. and then moved on to the Healthcare industry as a Dir. of Accounting with the VNA in Omaha, Nebraska. After moving to Branson in 1994, Kevin has worked as the Director of Accounting for two developers in the Branson area with multi-company structures and for Marriott's Horizons timeshare project. Kevin's experience with the above companies provides him with an excellent background and knowledge for the projects and development at the Communities at Branson Creek.

Scott Bailey
Scott Bailey, Vice President - Development

Scott joined the company with extensive experience in infrastructure design and engineering for community development. He has been responsible for multiple subdivision construction projects including road building and all underground utilities over the past ten years.

Prior to joining Branson Creek, he served as General Manager of an established Excavation and Land Development Company. He has completed many construction projects including state and federal projects to the local level directing and overseeing over $250 million in infrastructure construction projects.

Chris Meade
Chris Meade, General Manager & Head Golf Professional
Murder Rock Golf & Country Club
Chris Meade comes to Branson from Pass Christian Mississippi where he was the Director of Golf at The Oaks Golf Club, prior to Hurricane Katrina. He is a member of the PGA and has been employed by Landmark Land Company for the past seven years at projects in Texas and Mississippi.
Prior to the move west Meade worked with the development of Grandover Resort in Greensboro North Carolina, a 36 hole resort with an on-site four star hotel. An accomplished teacher, he has worked with Ken Venturi Golf Academies and will be available for instruction at Murder Rock.

Through past experiences and his immediate love of the Ozarks, Meade is committed to making John Daly's Murder Rock Golf & Country Club, and thus your visit there, the premier golf destination in the Greater Branson area.

Mike Hughes

Dick Clark's American Bandstand Theater
Prior to joining Dick Clark's American Bandstand Theater Complex in Branson, Missouri Mike was the General Manager of the Shepherd of the Hills Historical Homestead and Outdoor Theater, one of Branson's original tourist attractions. He has also managed the Ray Stevens Theatre in Branson, the Gatlin Brothers Theatre in Myrtle Beach, SC, the Lee Greenwood Theater in Sevierville, TN, and the Welk Resort Theatre in Branson. Mike is on the Board of Directors of the Branson League of Theater Owners and Show Producers and is a member of the Public Relations Committee of the Branson Chamber of Commerce.

Paul Barger

Paul Barger has a background in the retail and hospitality industries, specifically food & beverage, and lodging management. Paul brings to the company an extensive knowledge of business operations and marketing based on over 32 years of experiences in operation management. Paul holds the lodging industries CHA certification for hotel administration and is the General Manager of the Ramada Resort & Conference Center in Branson, Missouri.
